Flee-up

The proper, Southern pronunciation of one turning upside down and then right side up again. A flee-up. My little boy cannot say a one-syllable word. It's just sinful. Jack did about 100 of those flips today. And I videoed his sweet message to his daddy telling him and showing him what he was doing.

I hear it or recognize it more now. I love it more now. That sweet, long drawl we southerners have. It reminds me that we take our time with most things, including our conversations. No rush. Take all the time in the world. And add a little "sugar", "honey", or "sweetheart" at the end, too. I love it.
